Wieden + Kennedy asked airside to design a website for Yakult that would not only inform, but entertain visitors to the site.
I built the site for airside as an integral part of the design team, liasing with Wieden + Kennedy, eating pizza with Sibylle untill the project was delivered...
Playing with the simplicity of the little bottles in red and white, and the fact that Yakult has not changed since its inception, we created a website reinforcing this combined with silly but factual games such as 'Guess the new flavour' (trick question, Yakult has one and only one flavour) and 'Ask the Oracle a question.
"Thanks to everyone who worked so hard to make what seemed like an impossible deadline on the website. The site went live last night (literally) minutes before the campaign kicked-off, and looks splendid.
